Road Data Collection Workshop 23.-25.5.2018

FinnOC carried out a workshop for road data collection methods for ANE personnel. In Wednesday work included classroom training for Right-of-Way video-logging using Road Doctor Camlink and roughness surveys using Roadroid smartphone application and IRImeter2. In the training also the business processes were discussed. On Thursday survey methods were tried on the pilot roads in the north of Maputo. Friday the results were introduced and discussed. Training for road surveys is part of capacity building for ANE in Road Asset Management. Training was given by Transport Economist Mr. Markku Knuuti, Survey Expert Mr. Dumitru Ceban and Capacity Building Expert Ms Casandra Bishoff.
